Have you also looked at a label of your sauce and had to google what one of the ingredients actually is?

So we use only ingredients you can read like Mustard, Salt, Molasses, and Worcestershire Sauce. 

Using fresh ingredients helps bring the best flavour and intensity. Locally sourcing as many ingredients as is possible (pineapple don't tend to like the snow!).  

Since Boots has begun bringing his sauces to the table a few more have joined him. Missy reminds him to tone down some of the heat at times (she can't handle it!).
